Thank you for your interest in Autumn Treasures.
Autumn Treasures is the name of Smith Elementary's annual fund raiser.
It’s an adult evening of silent and live auction combined with dinner
and dancing. Our goal is to raise funds to support the wealth of
education enhancement activities and programs supported by the PTA that
take place during the school year. With California ranking in the
bottom half of all states in Math and Language Arts and ranking below
42 other states that spend more per student on education, Autumn
Treasures attempts to fill that gap where it counts - locally.
During the past three years, Autumn Treasures raised just under
$380,000 which was directly donated back to the school to fund
enrichment programs for Language Arts, Math, Science, Technology,
Physical education and many more. All dollars stay within the school
and are spent on programs to enrich our children’s education and lives.
2008’s theme is Totally ‘80s. So whether you decide to attend in disco
attire or a more glitzy sparkly Madonna or Frankie Goes to Hollywood
look, come and enjoy an evening of auctions, dinner and dancing – all
to help raise funds for a worthy cause – our children’s education. Mark
your calendars now November 7th at the Palm Event Center.
